TERM MODEL YEARS. Indicates the year model range allowed by term.

NEW/USED VEHICLE. A vehicle shall be considered new until the last day of June in the year immediately following its model year, providing it has an odometer reading of less than 5,000 miles. On the first day of July and thereafter, these vehicles shall be financed as Used Autos.

Home Equity Line of Credit (HELOC)

APR = Annual Percentage Rate. The variable rate is based upon The Wall Street Journal Prime Rate (“Prime”) plus a margin and will vary with Prime. Your APR will not exceed 15.00% or go below 3.00% at any time during the term of your account. APR may vary based on the initial draw, actual CLTV, property value, property location, line amount, and other factors.

TERM. The term of a HELOC is 30 years: 10-year draw period and 20-year repayment period. The variable minimum monthly payment during the draw period will be 1.25% of the outstanding balance each month or $100, whichever is greater. The monthly required payment is based on your outstanding loan balance and current interest rate (interest rates can increase or decrease) and may vary each month.

Home Equity Loan
